AXDX · AI Transition

From lesson prep to student follow-up,
nothing breaks in between.

  • Scattered coursebooks, past exams, and your own HWP, DOCX, and PDF files come together in one format — then become tests, variant questions, and coursebooks.
  • Attendance, homework, vocabulary, clinic, and OMR results stay attached to each student, so weak points, pacing, and things to watch are all in one place.
  • Make-up sessions, assignments, and parent conversations continue from that same record.

AI cost at cost, zero margin. You pay for my time only.

Eight daily frictions

What you dig up by hand, the system does for you.

The more students you have, the more records pile up — yet checking one student still means digging through spreadsheets and chat from scratch. These eight become a single click.

Who did what, who's struggling

Before

Records pile up, but checking one student means digging through spreadsheets by hand.

After

Open a student's name and wrong answers, homework, and attendance gather on one screen.

The surprise consult call

Before

A parent asks to talk, and you reassemble that student's history from scratch.

After

One name opens their wrong-answer history, homework, and clinic records together.

From gut feel to records

Before

“Some do their homework, some don't” — known only by instinct.

After

Exact records: how many of how many done, which types missed again and again.

Who missed, who needs a makeup

Before

Hunting down absent students and makeup candidates one by one.

After

The system finds who missed what and auto-assigns video makeups.

The TA's clinic notes

Before

Only the TA knows what happened in clinic; the teacher is too busy to check.

After

The TA's notes flow to the teacher, visible at a glance.

Beyond “16 out of 30”

Before

“Did fine” “16/30” — no idea why they got it wrong.

After

Which question, which passage, which type, which choice — tied to vocab tests, generating tailored homework and materials.

Scattered files

Before

hwp, docx, pdf everywhere; hours spent digging each time you build a test or textbook.

After

Unified, reusable, and regeneratable as needed.

The student about to leave

Before

A person can't reliably spot the student whose momentum is slipping.

After

All-data analysis flags at-risk students first.

Already built

We're not handing you an empty box.

We won't build a system and then say “now go fill it.” There's already something ready at the start.

HS English exam prep + clinics

Produced exam materials and ran clinics across multiple high schools. We start knowing how much labor each school's exam style costs.

Sample outputs (question packs · wrong-answer clinic sheets · parent reports) shown during consultation.

Ownership

When the contract ends, the system and the data stay yours.

Not a promise in words — built that way from day one.

Built on an account in your name.

Codex and Claude apps are signed up under you. The system is built on top. Your materials never sit on our servers.

Zero extra hardware.

No server, no separate equipment. It runs on the computer you already use.

You pay the AI subscription yourself, at cost.

We add no margin in the middle. It leaves your card as you use it.

We bill only for build and operation.

The cost of building and tending. Nothing else.

When the contract ends, we leave it running and walk away.

Account, data, and system are all in your name, so it keeps running without us.

Non-overlapping ground

Questions belong to generators, attendance & billing to management tools. The middle is empty.

Student data accumulates and feeds the next class

The middle column — where student data accumulates and flows into the next exam, clinic, and textbook — both leave empty. It's the gap you currently fill from memory, every time.

2-week free diagnosis

In two weeks you leave with one routine that actually runs.

This isn't “list to a pitch and decide.” Spin it up small once, then decide.

  1. 01

    Diagnose your records

We look at how you manage student records right now — spreadsheet, notebook, or instinct — and tell you where to start.

  2. 02

    Build one routine

Pick the one task that eats the most time and we actually build it. Not a demo — something you use in this week's class.

  3. 03

Handoff so you run it yourself

We teach you to run the routine alone. When the two weeks end, this stays.

Even if you don't continue, ①②③ are yours.

FAQ

What people ask first

How does pricing work?

Two parts. The AI subscription is paid directly in your name, at cost, as you use it. We only charge for build and operation, with no margin on the subscription. It varies by scale, so we give real numbers at the diagnosis.

Do I have to throw away my current materials?

No. Your current materials are the starting point. Hangul files, PDFs, scans, photos — we take them as-is and organize them item by item. It's making what you have usable, not building new.

I don't know any coding — is that okay?

It's fine. All you do is ask in words. We build; you run. The goal of the diagnosis is to get that running second-nature within two weeks.

What happens to the data when the contract ends?

It stays yours. The account is in your name and the data lives in your environment, so there's nothing for us to take back.

What size does this fit?

Built for single-subject teachers running around 100 students alone or with a small team — where one person holds exam production, clinic scheduling, textbooks, and parent response all at once.
